Today I went do the pound with two friends of mine.

We saw a dog and a kitten there.
But when we went to the front desk they told us the fee for adopting. They told us the fee with fixing included.

But when we asked what the fee would be without they said it was manditory.

I will not fix ANY animal unless their life would be saved by it because I believe otherwise is being cruel to the animals. Both were in perfect health. I believe the fixing an animal you get from the pound should be ptional.
